Remote access services are provided at your sole risk. Computer Distance Assistance is providing the following terms and conditions:

You have requested the assistance of Computer Distance Assistance technical support through a secure remote connection to your computer.
You understand that by requesting such assistance, you will be providing Computer Distance Assistance technical support with access to and control of your computer. In addition, you may be providing Distance Assistance with access to files that reside on your computer.

You agree that you have a System restore point already in place for a return point if necessary

First 5 minutes are free and or until notified that session will be successful.  Once you are assigned to pay, Computer Distance will watch your payment process take place via the secure live connection. 
If you decline payment upon request then the remote session will cease and no support will be delivered and secure connection will be terminated.
Be sure to close any confidential or personal files that you may be working on, before allowing remote access to your computer.
In order to provide the services, Distance Assistance is not expected to make any copies or downloads of your files or to retain any information accessed from your computer.
Your name and contact details provided in order to log your support request will be processed for use with the specific service and will not be used for any other use or service that could infringe on your privacy and will not be provided to any other third party.
IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPUTER DISTANCE ASSISTANCE BE LIABLE FOR:
(i) ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR
(ii) ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER ACTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROVISION OF TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES.

REFUND POLICY:

There are no refunds available.

First 5 minutes are free.  When the Remote Technician knows the problem can be fixed, payment is made prior to procedure.
